1st year Medicine Students: How to complete your winter semester

1. Before the exam session you have to come to ED and pick up your examination card. If you hadn't signed your student agreement you will have to do this before you receive the examination card.
2. Student are obliged to fill out their indexes and examination cards (write the name of the teacher and the name of the subject). The departmental staff are not responsible for filling out your indexes and examination cards! ED will not accept incomplete indexes and examination cards.
3. Students are obliged to submit their indexes and examination cards by the end of the exam session (March 2nd 2014). If you have any board exams after this date you have to file an application for extension of the exam session by March 7th 2014. If you fail to submit either your index and examination card, or an application for extension of the exam session by March 7th you will be suspended from the university and subsequently expelled.
