Main research areas:
 

1. Comparison of the effectiveness of implantation methods using short implants and conventional methods using the "sinus-lift" technique.
2. Comparative evaluation of the degree of osseointegration of different types of short implants.
3. Evaluation of bone structure restoration of post-extraction defects treated with traditional techniques and regenerative methods in terms of orthodontic treatment - an animal study.
4. Comparative histological evaluation of the degree of osteointegration of ceramic implants with different surfaces in an animal study.
5. Evaluation of the effectiveness of orthodontic-surgical treatment with available surgical methods in cases of retained permanent teeth.
6. Evaluation of the alveolar process after extraction (post-extraction alveolus) in spontaneous healing without regeneration and with regeneration with bone substitute material and/or membrane in clinical and radiological (CT) images at 1, 3, 6, 12 months.
7. Evaluation of the influence of selected morphological factors on the formation of recessions in class III malocclusions.
8. Evaluation of the effectiveness of a collagen preparation in the healing process of oral cavity tissues.
