Reasearch/traineeship offer at the Institute for Pathology, University Medicine Greifswald (northeastern Germany). Research  is centred around metabolically induced liver and kidney tumours.

Animal models and cell culture systems are applied to identify signalling pathways and molecular as well as cellbiological consequences of metabolic changes. Their three main research interests offer various project opportunities (Masters thesis, ERASMUS+ or postdocs after application for scholarships) involving method development and application; e.g. FACS based assays, FRET assays, BioID/TurboID and microscopy. Standard methods applied include WB, qPCR, cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
