The Museum is open for visitors during the following hours:

Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Museum is closed on public holidays.

MUSEUM VISITS REGULATIONS
1. Visiting the museum is free of charge.
2. The museum is an internal unit of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical University of Wrocław, therefore it operates based on the university regulations and principles.
3. The museum is visited independently. You can visit individually or in groups. Large groups (e.g. 50 people) should be divided into smaller ones. An independent visit does not require a reservation.
4. Guided tours are only available for organized, non-commercial groups (e.g. school, student, run by foundations, community centers, senior clubs, care and educational centers, etc.). Visits should be arranged by phone at 071 784 04 40, no later than a few days before the visit. We do not accept e-mail applications. Please arrive at the agreed time. We do not provide tours during the summer break (July-September). We do not provide an English-speaking guide.
5. We do not guide groups organized by travel agencies or other entities that charge fees.
6. Tours begin on the hour, except for the first entry, which takes place at 10:20.
7. The last visitors are admitted to the museum one hour before closing time.
8. We do not admit people under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants to the premises.
9. It is forbidden to consume drinks, eat or smoke in the exhibition rooms.
10. It is forbidden to touch, move or carry exhibits.
11. People arriving with children are obliged to constantly supervise them and instruct them on the rules applicable in the museum.
12. It is possible to leave things (e.g. jackets, backpacks, suitcases) in the museum, but the museum is not responsible for them.
13. It is forbidden to enter rooms excluded from the tour.
14. Museum employees reserve the right to ask anyone who does not comply with the regulations to leave.
