Reporting a failure and service needs must be made in writing and are to be made through the e-potrzeby (e-needs) platform: https://e-potrzeby.umw.edu.pl/
In the case of reports concerning medical and computer equipment, it is necessary to enter the inventory number and/or serial number of the equipment.

An emergency can be reported in person or by telephone, and the report must be then entered into the e-potrzeby (e-needs) system (this does not apply to medical and computer equipment failures, which must be reported in writing).

When reporting a failure, it is essential to state the location (room number) and contact person (including telephone number).

• Medyczne Oskary 2023 ponownie wyróżniły pracownika Sekcji Utrzymania Infrastruktury Technicznej w Campusie Pasteura.

  w kategorii "Leon Zawodowiec"
  za zabójczą precyzję w wykonywaniu służbowych zadań. Sprawnie rozprawia się z usterkami technicznymi, stolarskimi czy elektrycznymi. Pod maską profesjonalnego i sumiennego pogromcy rzeczy niemożliwych do naprawienia kryje się zaś dobry i życzliwy kolega z poczuciem humoru.
  Koledze serdecznie gratulujemy i życzymy niesłabnącej pogody ducha.
