By granting the accreditation, the Polish Center for Accreditation confirmed that the Quality Management System developed and implemented in the laboratories of Wroclaw Medical University complies with the requirements of the amended PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard. Our accreditation is not only a confirmation of meeting the requirements for the quality of tests performed in forensic and diagnostic laboratories, but also a recognition of the workload, competence and commitment of the personnel of the laboratories.

The Polish Center for Accreditation confirmed that biobanking of human biological material, related data and information in the Biobank of Wroclaw Medical University meets the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 20387:2021-01 standard "Biotechnology - Biobanking - General requirements for biobanking". The accreditation proves the high quality of the processes implemented in the Biobank, the competence of the staff and the availability of the necessary, supervised infrastructure.
