Tuition fees

TUITION FEE FROM THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024
Tuition fee resulting from the terms of the agreement shall be paid on the dates and to the bank account specified in the agreement. All candidates will be assigned their own individual bank account number. The payment must be done for this individual account. Do not forget to write ED or English Division as well as your full name on your bank money order. The annual tuition fee for the Faculty of Dentistry is 65.000 PLN.

Time limits and rules for collecting fees for educational services provided in a English language:

1) Polish citizens admitted to the first year of study:

Annual instalment, first semester instalment (the amount of the annual fee increased by 2.5% of this fee, and then divided into two equal installments), First semester instalment (the amount of the annual fee increased by 3.5% of this fee, and then divided into four equal installments) - payable within 3 working days from the date of signing the contract on the terms of payment for educational services and other fees related to studying, but not later than until 15 September.

Semester instalment:
Second instalment payable by 15 February

Quarterly fees:
Second instalment payable by 15 November
Third instalment payable by 15 February
Fourth instalment payable by 15 May

2) Foreign students admitted to the first year of study

Annual instalment, first semester instalment (the amount of the annual fee increased by 2.5% of this fee, and then divided into two equal installments), First semester instalment (the amount of the annual fee increased by 3.5% of this fee, and then divided into four equal installments) - payable within 14 working days from the date of signing the contract on the terms of payment for educational services and other fees related to studying, but not later than until 15 September.

Semester instalment:
Second instalment payable by 15 February

Quarterly fees:
Second instalment payable by 15 November
Third instalment payable by 15 February
Fourth instalment payable by 15 May

The day of payment is the day of crediting the University's bank account specified in the agreement on the conditions of payment for educational services and other fees related to studies.

Each candidate is required to pay the recruitment fee to their individually assigned bank account of the University as generated by the IRK. The recruitment fee is 85 PLN. Please note that the payment date is the date of crediting the tuition fee to the bank account of the University. When making the payment order, please state the payer as the party paying the bank costs.

The divided tuition fee into annual installments should be paid according to the schedule below:

BEGINNING FROM THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2019/2020

The payment of the University tuition fee for each academic years should be done in the following order:

• payment for the winter semester  till 15th September 
• payment for the summer semester till 15th February.

The tuition fee should be paid per each semester according to the schedule below:

The delay in payment will be the reason for a "Call for payment" and other legal steps resulting from the regulation of studies.

The deadline is the date when money should be on University's account.
The tuition fee for classes not included in the plan of study such as:

• making up the curriculum differences resulting from a transfer from another university,
• resuming studies,
• change of the year of study or return from a leave which results in a change of the curriculum/plan of studies
• complementary classes for education results necessary to undertake the second degree studies in   a specific field of study, or
• repetition of specific classes due to unsatisfactory results

is calculated as the product of ECTS credit points (required for credit for a course and the intended educational effect) and the fee stipulated for one ECTS credit point for such course, i.e. 983 PLN (for example if the subject "Biology" has 6 ECTS in winter semester then the fee for repeating this subject in one semester will be 6 x 983,- = 5 898,- PLN).

The University shall not bear the costs associated with payments made by the Foreign Student (e.g. bank transfer fees).
If you repeat the subject or the year please come to ED office to fill in proper documents.

After receiving "Certificate of Enrolment" from the English Division, you are formally accepted as a student of the Faculty of Medicine or the Faculty of Dentistry.
 After having signed the application form, you agree to abide by the study regulations and undertake to make the necessary regular payments of the university fees.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO PAY TUITION FEE TO YOU INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT NUMBER WHICH YOU CAN FIND IN YOUR AGREEMENT.

Do not forget to write your name, the University and city names on a bank money order. Keep your bank receipt as a proof of money transfer. It is worth remembering that the transfer may take one week.

ATTENTION! The students who have received individual account numbers should not make their payments to the general acocunt number of the University, this number is intended only for student who do not have individual account number in their agreements.
