Occupational Medicine Examinations

Free occupational medicine examinations are conducted at facilities selected through competitive bidding by the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Occupational Medicine Center in Wrocław. Students must submit the original certificate from their medical examination to the Dean's Office by October 31, 2025. A list of approved facilities is available on the university website under "For Newly Admitted Students - Formalities" at umw.edu.pl.

Sanitary-Epidemiological Testing

Sanitary-epidemiological tests must be performed at the Microbiological Laboratory of the Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Wrocław, located at 1/3 Składowa Street. The testing date will be announced separately. After receiving test results, students must visit an occupational medicine physician to obtain the required certificate. A copy of the sanitary-epidemiological certificate must be submitted to the Dean's Office by October 31, 2025.

Hepatitis B Vaccination

A copy of hepatitis B vaccination confirmation must be submitted to the Dean's Office by October 31, 2025. Students who have not yet received the vaccination should arrange for it through their general practitioner. They must submit a copy of the first dose confirmation (and each subsequent dose) to the Dean's Office immediately upon receiving it.
