The main tasks of the Planning and Organisation of Didactics Section are, in particular:

  1. Development of drafts of internal normative acts, standards and procedures in the field of: organisation of the academic year, planning and implementation of teaching activities, including internships,
  2. Settlement of teaching costs, including clinical teaching,
  3. Development of academic year schedules and detailed teaching schedules, including clinical teaching,
  4. Management of teaching rooms,
  5. Updating classes timetables and making them available to students, lecturers and other university personnel,
  6. Control and monitoring of the implementation of classes, settlement of salaries, overtime and contracted hours of academic teachers,
  7. Preparation of civil law contracts and verification of bills for teaching activities,
  8. Initiation and implementation of projects the purpose of which is the optimisation of teaching costs, effective use of the teaching base and improvement of the service provided by lecturers in terms of planning and settlement of teaching,
  9. Analyses and reporting on didactics, including POL-on and Statistics Poland.
