Launching of the OZiKA survey

Dear Students,

due to the end of classes in the academic year 2023/2024 we would like to inform you that the OZiKA application has been launched.

Starting today you can evaluate classes and academic staff and nominate the best teachers for the "Leaders in Teaching" competition.

The evaluation form will be available to 15 October 2024.

We would like to kindly remind you that taking part in the survey is both an obligation and a privilege resulting from the Regulations of Studies of Wroclaw Medical University and the Regulations of the Doctoral School.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION

• LOGGING IN TO THE APPLICATION -  Participation in the survey is possible after logging in to the PowerApps application. Please remember that logging in to the application is only possible after entering the login credentials assigned to the university Office 365 account: name.surname@365.student.umw.edu.pl
   
• PASSWORD RECOVERY - You can recover your password by  sending a request for password reminder to  IT Centre – Helpdesk, to the following e-mail address: helpdesk@umw.edu.pl
   
• PROBLEMS WITH THE APPLICATION - Should you have any problems running the application, please contact us by email at: RD-K@umw.edu.pl

NOTE: When completing the survey using mobile devices, the application may need to be updated.
