Ocenę Zajęć i Kadry Akademickiej reguluje:

PROBLEMY TECHNICZNE

  • Jak zalogować się do aplikacji?

KROK 1: Aby zalogować się do aplikacji, należy wpisać w pasek adresu wyszukiwarki: https://ozika.umw.edu.pl/login

Po wejściu na stronę wyświetli się okno logowania. 

KROK 2: W pierwszym okienku „Adres e-mail” wpisujecie pełny adres mailowy w domenie umw.edu.pl:   imie.nazwisko@student.umw.edu.pl, a następnie uzupełniacie hasło (takie samo jak do uczelnianej poczty elektronicznej).

 

  • Odzyskiwanie hasła 

Odzyskanie hasła możliwe jest poprzez wejście na stronę csa.umw.edu.pl, wybranie kafelka „studenci i doktoranci” i wybranie „zmiana hasła”.

 

  • Problemy z aplikacją

W przypadku problemów z uruchomieniem aplikacji prosimy o kontakt na adres mailowy:  rd-k@umw.edu.pl

 

PODSTAWOWE INFORMACJE O OCENIE

  • Kto i co podlega ocenie?

Ocenie podlegają:

- osoby prowadzące zajęcia (nauczyciele akademiccy UMW, doktoranci oraz inne osoby prowadzące zajęcia dydaktyczne),

- wszystkie zajęcia dydaktyczne (przedmioty w podziale na formy).
 

  • Jak często przeprowadzana jest ocena?

Ocena przeprowadzana jest raz na semestr w trybie ciągłym.
 

  • Jakie pytania zadawane są podczas oceny?

  • Kto jest uprawniony do dokonania oceny?

Do aplikacji mogą zalogować się jedynie studenci i doktoranci UMW.
 

  • Przy pomocy jakiego narzędzia przeprowadzana jest ocena?

Dedykowanym narzędziem do przeprowadzenia oceny jest aplikacja dostępna na stronie: https://ozika.umw.edu.pl .
 

  • Czy badanie jest anonimowe?

Proces logowania pozwala na uwierzytelnienie uczestnika badania, jako osoby uprawnionej. Anonimowość jest zapewniana poprzez oddzielenie danych o tożsamości osób dokonujących oceny od odpowiedzi jakie zostały udzielone. Dzięki takiemu rozwiązaniu nie ma możliwości połączenia wyniku z osobą.
 

  • Dlaczego po zalogowaniu wyświetlają mi się konkretne przedmioty i prowadzący?

Każdy student i doktorant przypisany jest w systeme EduHub (dawniej BAZUS) do grup, w których odbywają się zajęcia z danego przedmiotu, prowadzonego przez przypisanych prowadzących. Dane o przedmiotach i prowadzących pobierają się z systemu.
 

  • Co należy zrobić jeśli dane w aplikacji są błędne lub nie wyświetla się prowadzący?

Prosimy o przesłanie zgłoszenia na adres rd-k@umw.edu.pl o poniższej strukturze:

  • wydział: ...
  • kierunek studiów: ...
  • poziom: ...
  • rok: ...
  • numer albumu: ...
  • którego formularza dotyczy zgłoszenie:  ocena nauczyciela / ocena przedmiotu
  • w którym miejscu pojawiły się niepoprawne dane: ...
  • jakie są dane prawidłowe: ...
  • imię i nazwisko zgłaszającego studenta/doktoranta

OGÓLNE ZASADY PRZEPROWADZANIA OCENY

1. Nie należy dokonywać oceny jeśli występuje niezgodność pomiędzy danymi wpisanymi w aplikacji a rzeczywistymi danymi dotyczącymi prowadzonych zajęć.

2. Nie ma możliwości usunięcia lub edytowania wcześniej przesłanej oceny.

3. Osoby kończące studia albo kształcenie w Szkole Doktorskiej tracą możliwość oceny w aplikacji OZiKA od momentu zdania ostatniego egzaminu / uzyskania ostatniego zaliczenia, ponieważ zmienia się ich status w systemie EduHub. Prosimy, aby osoby na ostatnim semestrze studiów dokonywały oceny przed ostatnim egzaminem / zaliczeniem.

 

ZASADY PRZEPROWADZANIA OCENY - PROWADZĄCY

1. Ocenie podlegają wszystkie osoby prowadzące zajęcia.

2. Osobę prowadzącą zajęcia można ocenić jeden raz dla każdego przedmiotu i każdej formy zajęć, którą ta osoba prowadzi.

3.  W przypadku wystawienia oceny 1 lub 2 gwiazdek w którymkolwiek z pytań, wypełnienie pola „Dodatkowe informacje” staje się obowiązkowe. Dlaczego taka zmiana? Nauczyciel musi dostać precyzyjną informację zwrotną co wymaga udoskonalenia. Z tego powodu w polu „Dodatkowe informacje” należy uszczegółowić co nauczyciel mógłby zrobić aby podnieść jakość nauczania.

4. W aplikacji pojawił się komunikat przypominający o możliwości nominowania nauczyciela do konkursu „Liderzy Dydaktyki” — będzie on widoczny w przypadku, gdy średnia ocen prowadzącego osiągnie wartość 5,0, a nauczyciel nie został przez studenta/doktoranta nominowany. Dlaczego taka zmiana? Chcemy Wam przypomnieć przed wysłaniem oceny o możliwości nominowania Nauczyciela do konkursu, ponieważ zdarza się, że oceniacie Nauczyciela na same "5", piszecie w komentarzu, że to były najlepsze zajęcia i najlepszy nauczyciel, a nie zaznaczacie nominacji.

 

ZASADY PRZEPROWADZANIA OCENY - PRZEDMIOT

1. Uzupełnienie kwestionariusza „Ocena przedmiotu” możliwe jest po dokonaniu oceny co najmniej jednej osoby prowadzącej zajęcia z tego przedmiotu (w określonej formie).

2. Przedmiot w określonej formie zajęć można ocenić tylko jeden raz.

The Evaluation of Classes and Academic Staff (OZiKA)

The Evaluation of Classes and Academic Staff is regulated by Rector’s Ordinance No 13/XVI R/2023 of 30 January 2023 on carrying out the Evaluation of Classes and Academic Staff at Wroclaw Medical University starting from the academic year 2022/2023. Link to the ordinance (in Polish).

 

TECHNICAL ISSUES

  • Logging in to the application

STEP 1: To log in to the application, type the following into the address bar of your search engine: https://ozika.umw.edu.pl/login

When you enter the site, a login window will be displayed.

STEP 2: In the first window (E-mail address) enter the full e-mail address in the umw.edu.pl domain, i.e. name.surname@student.umw.edu.pl, and then fill in the password as for the university e-mail.

  • Password recovery

Password recovery is possible by going to csa.umw.edu.pl, selecting the ‘studenci i doktoranci’ (‘students and doctoral students’) tab and choosing the  ‘zmiana hasła’ (‘change password’) tab.

  • Problems with the application

BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVALUATION

  • Who and what is evaluated?

The following are evaluated:

  • academic staff (Wroclaw Medical University academic teachers, doctoral students, and other teaching staff),
  • all classes (all forms of classes in a given course).

  • How often is the evaluation carried out?

The evaluation is carried out once per semester in continuous mode.

  • What questions are asked in the evaluation?

  • Who is authorised to take part in the survey?

Only Wroclaw Medical University students can log in to the application.

  • What tool is used to carry out the evaluation?

The evaluation is carried out through the application available at: https://ozika.umw.edu.pl/login .

  • Is the survey anonymous?

Logging in protects against unauthorised assessments. Anonymity is ensured by unlinking the identity of the persons making the assessment from the answers they give. This ensures that there is no possibility of linking the result to a person.

  • Why do I see specific courses and academic staff after logging in?

Every student is assigned in the EduHub system (formerly BAZUS) to groups in which classes of a given course are held and are taught by assigned academic staff. Data regarding courses and academic staff is downloaded from the system.

  • What should I do if the data in the application is incorrect or the academic teacher is not displayed?

Please send an email including all the information below to rd-k@umw.edu.pl :

  • which form (teacher form/ course form) you are referring to: ...

GENERAL RULES FOR CONDUCTING THE EVALUATION

1. You shouldn’t make any evaluation if there is a discrepancy between the data  in the application and the actual data regarding the classes conducted.

2. It is not possible to edit or delete a submitted evaluation.

3. Students completing their studies or education at the Doctoral School lose the possibility of evaluation in the OZiKA application from the moment they pass their last examination/obtain their last pass or graded pass, as their status in the EduHub system changes.

 

EVALUATION RULES – TEACHER

1. All teachers conducting classes are subject to the evaluation.

2. A teacher may be evaluated once for each course and each type of class they teach.

3. If your rating is 1 or 2 stars in any of the questions, it becomes mandatory to fill in the ‘Additional information’ field. Why did we introduce this change? Teachers need to receive precise feedback on what they need to improve. For this reason, you should specify in the ‘Additional information’ field what the teachers can do to improve their teaching quality.

4. There is a new message in the application reminding you that you can nominate a teacher for the ‘Leaders in Teaching’ competition ­– it will appear if the teacher's average grade is 5.0 and the teacher has not been nominated for the competition. Why did we introduce this change? We would like to remind you before you submit your evaluation that you can nominate a teacher for the competition, because it happens that you give a teacher a 5 star rating, write in the comments that it was the best class and the best teacher, but do not select the nomination option.

 

EVALUATION RULES – COURSE

1. Evaluation of a given type of classes in a given course can only be made after you have evaluated at least one teacher of this course.

2. A given type of classes in a given course can be evaluated only once.
