Payments

TUITION FEES FROM THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024

The tuition fee can be paid in one, two, or four instalments.

If you started your studies before the academic year 2023/2024, please refer to your contract for further details regarding tuition fees for your year. 

Annual payments - 56 000 PLN, paid each year by 15^th September.

Semester payments – 56 000 PLN + 2,5% (57 400 PLN), divided into two equal instalments (28 700 PLN each), paid each semester by 15^th September and 15^th February.

Quarterly payments – 56 000 PLN + 3,5% (57 960 PLN), divided into two equal instalments (14 490 PLN each), paid each quarter by 15^th September, 15^th November, 15^th February and 15^th May.

NOTE: If you require an invoice to be issued, please inform us in advance or within 3 months after the payment due date.

Transfer students pay the same fee for their first year at WMU as the first-year students, and the standard fee for the following years.

NOTE:  The transfer may take longer than one week. The payment date of 15th September means that your payment must be in our bank account on this day.
Do not forget to write your name on your bank order. Also, please keep the bank receipt as your proof.
