To all ED students - IMPORTANT! Health certificate

All students of the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Dentistry, according to the Rector's Regulation No. 16/XIV R/2011of 22nd April 2011, are obliged to possess a valid health certificate and deliver it to ED office until 18th March 2013. The same concerns the students who do not have a certificate of vaccination against Hepatitis B which also has to be delivered before this date. The medical examination should be done in the outpatient clinic by occupational physician at the address:

Before registration each student has to obtain a referral in the ED office.
