All students are obligated to complete their sanitary-epidemiological testing (referrals are available in ED). The sanitary-epidemiological testing is significant to commence activities in which You are under threat to pass various contaminations especially during the apprenticeship. The testing is considered complete after a student delivers three stool samples to SANEPID station at Składowa Street, receives a Sanitary-Epidemiological Book from the station and goes to an occupational medicine physician to have the book stamped (this can be done at Dolnośląski Wojewódzki Ośrodek Medycyny Pracy in Oławska Street 14). If you are going to the doctor to just have the book stamped, the visit will cost about PLN 45.00. If you are going to have your physical taken, the book will be stamped for free.
