Validating your Slutbetyg (the so-called "Nostrification")
There are two ways to validate your Slutbetyg:
1. the easy way
a) take the original of your Slutbetyg to a Notary Public in Sweden *
    * Antal Bilagor (Attachments) are an integrat part of your Slutbetyg, if your Slutbetyg says Antal Bilagor: 3 that means you have 3 attachments you need to take to the Notary Public             
together with your Slutbetyg and make one apostille to all of the pages
IMPORTANT! We won't accept incomplete Slutbetygs, i.e. without Antal Bilagors (if any) 
b) ask him or her to make an apostille
c) bring the document to your friendly ED Office Lady
d) go to a Sworn Translator (listed by the Polish Ministry of Justice, the list is available at yout friendly ED Office) and translate your Slutbetyg and Certificate of Eligibility from VHS into Polish *
     * some students receive Slutbetygs in English from their schools, they are perfectly acceptable
e) bring the document and the translation to your friendly ED Office Lady, fill out loads of forms
f) you're done!
2. the not-so easy way
a) take the original of your Slutbetyg* to a Notary Public in Sweden and ask them to make a notarized copy, i.e. make a xerox copy and put his stamp and signature on it confirming that it's a true copy of a original
    * Antal Bilagor (Attachments) are an integrat part of your Slutbetyg, if your Slutbetyg says Antal Bilagor: 3 that means you have 3 attachments you need to take to the Notary Public             
together with your Slutbetyg and make one apostille to all of the pages
IMPORTANT! We won't accept incomplete Slutbetygs, i.e. without Antal Bilagors (if any) 
b) go to a second Notary Public and ask them to make an apostille to the signature of the first notary
IMPORTANT!! The copy has to be made by a Notary Public, we don't accept copies from school signed by secretaries or other officials, DO NOT make an apostille to such copies as it is a waste of your money!
c) bring the document to your friendly ED Office Lady
d) go to a Sworn Translator (listed by the Polish Ministry of Justice, the list is available at yout friendly ED Office)  and translate your Slutbetyg and Certificate of Eligibility from VHS into Polish
e) bring the document and the translation to your friendly ED Office Lady, fill out loads of forms
f) you're done!
