Dear 6th Year ED students,

I have got the information that you are interested to take part in the optional course in family medicine.

The course will take place in November: 2 days, 5 hours each day , in total 10 hours in the family practices and will concern some prophylactic aspects (especially cardiovascular and COPD).

1st meeting: 20th of November (Thursday) 16.00-19.30 at Model Family Practice, Syrokomli 1, Wroclaw, 1st floor, room 120; I will conduct the traning: dr Maria Bujnowska-Fedak

2nd meeting: 25th of November (Tuesday) 15-18.30 at Outpatient Clinic, Ostrowskiego 3, Wrocław, 2nd floor, room 283, the trainng will conduct dr Bartosz Sapilak.

Please confirm your participation in the course (the latest time - the end of this week) and give me your names, surnames, year of the study and number of your group.
