Dear Medicine Students

In order to complete your summer examination session, you have to submit a completed index and examination card to the ED Office, i.e. come to ED, put the index and examination card on the appropriate desk and confrim you're not collecting anymore credits. The indexes which were left here during the summer are not considered completed.

 

There will be no more transcripts until the student requesting the transcript submits a completed index and examination card!
