Erasmus+ 2023/2024 terminarz spotkań z komisją/timetable of students' meetings with the board of recruitment

Spotkania komisji związane z wyjazdem na studia i praktyki po studiach w ramach programu Erasmus+ w roku akademickim 2023/2024 odbędą się na platformie MS Teams w dniach 3-5.04.2023.

Spotkania odbędą się w następujących terminach:

3.04.2023, godz. 10:00 -15:00, Wydział Lekarski
4.04.2023, godz. 9:00-14:00 Wydział Lekarski
5.04.2023, godz. 9:00-10:00, Wydział Farmaceutyczny
5.04.2023, godz. 10:00-12:30, Wydział Wydział Lekarsko-Stomatologiczny
5.04.2023, godz. 12:30-13:30, Wydział Nauk o Zdrowiu

W przypadku wyjazdu na studia odbędą się indywidualne spotkania, w przypadku wyjazdu na praktyki po studiach studentów wydziału lekarskiego odbędzie się spotkanie grupowe.

Spotkanie organizacyjne dla zakwalifikowanych studentów odbędzie się 12.04.2023, godz. 14:00 na platformie MS Teams. Linki do wszystkich spotkań zostaną przesłane mailem.

Obecność na spotkaniach jest obowiązkowa. Nieobecność należy zgłosić przed wyznaczonym terminem spotkania.

Studenci Wydziału Lekarskiego otrzymają e-mail z konkretną godziną spotkania.

Erasmus+ studies and placements after studies 2023/2024: timetable of students’ meetings with the board of recruitment

This is to inform you that students’ meetings with the board of recruitment with regards to studies and placements after studies within the Erasmus+ programme in the academic year 2023/2024 take place in MS Teams platform on 3-5.04.2023.

The timetable is as follows:

3.04.2023, 10:00 am -3:00 pm, Faculty of Medicine
4.04.2023, 9:00 am -2:00 pm, Faculty of Medicine
5.04.2023, 10:00 am -12:30 pm, Faculty of Dentistry

There will be individual meetings in case of studies and a group meeting in case of placements after studies for students of medicine.

Organisational meeting for accepted students takes place on 12 April at 3:00 pm. Links to all meetings will be sent by e-mail.

Attendance at the meetings is obligatory. Absence has to be reported before the meeting.

Students of the faculty of medicine will receive an e-mail with a precise hour of the meeting with the board of recruitment.
