Health insurance meeting

On behalf of National Health Fund (Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia) we would like to inform that all non European students (non EU or non EFTA Citizens) are invited for health insurance meeting.
If you are interested in entering into the health insurance please come to the National Health Fund office.
The meetings will be held in the Conference Room, 17th and 22nd of October (at 13.00), Wroclaw, Joannitów 6, building B.
Students should bring the following documents :
1. Passport
2. Valid Student's ID card
3. Confirmation from the University student's office about the duration of studies
