Invitation for lecture -Know Health - meet the experts!

What communication tools are effective in the promotion and disease prevention? Is the Internet good medium of information about health and disease? Are experts required in the area of ​​care for the disabled? These and many other questions will answer world-renowned expert in the field of public health.
 
The lecture entitled Know Health - meet the experts! will be held on 12thNovember  at 12.00 - 15.00 in the Edmund Biernacki Hall at Pasteur Street 4. The meeting is the first joint initiative organized by Wroclaw Medical University, Forum Medicum Association and Data Techno Park within the framework of the International Forum for the Promotion and Preventive Care Know Health.
  
Teaching staff will supply :

    Dr George Autumn - Executive Director of the Centre for Research on Disabilities (Association of University Centers on Disabilities ) , USA

    Katherine Galica - a representative of the Department of Research on the use of Information Technology in Medicine of the National Cancer Institute ( National Cancer Institute) , USA

    Bradford Hesse - Director of studies on the application of Information Technology in Medicine at the National Cancer Institute ( National Cancer Institute) , USA

The lecture’s topics:

    the use of modern forms of communication with different target groups in cancer prevention and health promotion ;
    experience of the Centre for Research on Disability in the context of the next generation of experts working in the field of care for the disabled ;
    communication and computerization - intelligent health network.
