Join LSMU Staff Week in May 11-15, 2026

International Staff Week (SW) is mostly designed for teachers, colleagues from international offices (_priority_), support services for international students & cooperation, and exchange programmes.  Participants will enjoy a dynamic schedule of in-person activities featuring diverse presentations, lectures, and an inside look into university life. An enriching five-day experience awaits, featuring (SW programme enclosed): 
 • Discussions on internationalization, 
 • Campus tours and Innovations, 
 • Promoting global health and wellness, 
 • A vibrant cultural exchange, engaging workshops and networking sessions.

Visit to SW may be formalized as ERASMUS+ exchange mobility.  E+ mobility grants would be provided for participants in case of remaining budget for incoming staff mobilities within the E+KA171 projects with your university. Please check the availability of grants with us!

 ❌Fees.  There is no participation fee. All events will be held face-to-face in Kaunas, Lithuania. 
 📜Certificates. All participants will be awarded Certificates of Attendance.

 Max. of 40 participants will be selected for participation. Max. 2 persons from one institution.
