Third and fourth year Medical students – Pharmacology and toxicology

 
1.            Students with conditional credit should contact their teachers and
pass everything before the retake session time (before 1st of
September). Any prolongation only after the Dean’s agreement.
2.            Reactivation of the first term of the final exam (test 100
questions) for students with sick notes or other explanations is on 3rd
of September at 9:00 in the Department of Pharmacology ONLY after the
Dean’s agreement. Without Dean’s agreement students absent on the first
terms of the exam (11th or 26th of June) take the retake on 3rd of 14th
of September.
3.            I remind to send email to me with chosen date of the first retake
(test 60 questions) not later than 31st of August. Dates are 3rd or 14th
of September at 9:00 in our Department. I need time to organize the
retake.
4.            Second retake is on 25h of September in a form of open written
questions or – on the request of the student – may be oral board exam
with the Dean (date is chosen by the Dean).
5.            I’m not in Wrocław between 5th of July and 23rd of August. Student’s
credit books (indexes will be signed in the end of August.
