Tuition fees collected by the Wroclaw Medical University in the 2026/2027 academic year - Order 65/XVI R/2026 of the Rector of Wroclaw Medical University of 5 May, 2026 amending the order (35/XVI R/2025) on determining the amount and deadlines for payment of tuition fees since the academic year 2025/2026

This applies to students who started studies in the 2025/2026 academic year.

Tuition fees collected by the Wroclaw Medical University in the 2026/2027 academic year - Order No. 57/XVI R/2026 of the Rector of the Wroclaw Medical University of April 27, 2026 on determining the amount and deadlines for payment of tuition fees since the academic year 2026/2027

This applies to students who started studies in the 2026/2027 academic year.

Payment deadlines for the above fees:

  1. For annual payments – by September 15th.
  2. For payments made in 2 installments:
  • 1st installment for winter semester – by September 15th,
  • 2nd installment for summer semester – by February 15th.
  1. For payments made in 4 installments:
  • 1st installment – by September 15th,
  • 2nd installment – by November 15th,
  • 3rd installment – by February 15th,
  • 4th installment – by May 15th.

Students admitted to the 1st year of studies make the first payment within 14 days from the date of admission or conditional admission to studies, but no later than September 15th, subject to the deadlines specified in the recruitment schedule.

The basis for applying for spreading the fees in instalments is a one-time application for the entire duration of studies. The application must be submitted to the appropriate Dean's Office of Faculty or Branch by September 1st. The Dean of the appropriate Faculty or Branch decides on spreading the fees in instalments. A person admitted to the 1st year of studies declares payment spreading into 2 or 4 installments in the IRK recruitment system. Students can withdraw from installment by submitting a request to the appropriate Dean's Office of Faculty or Branch by September 1st.

If you require an invoice to be issued, please inform us in advance or within 3 months after the payment due date.
