Optional Courses

2025-2026 INFORMATION

SUMMER SEMESTER

The registration for the optional courses starts on 16th February 2026 at 6.00 a.m. and finishes on 22nd February 2026 at 11:59 p.m. The registration will take place online only.

NOTE: Please do not log in an hour before the registration starts, as the system will not allow you to do anything then.

The list of available optional courses is available in your individual student account in the Virtual University in the ‘OFFER’ tab.

The schedules and deadlines are published in the Virtual University on an ongoing basis, immediately after the dates are completed by the teacher, so please check the offer regularly.

Before registering for any optional courses, please check whether they do not conflict with the schedules of your obligatory classes. Participation in chosen optional courses is obligatory, and should you decide not to attend a specific course you’ve already registered for, please unregister through the Virtual University by 27th February 2026 at the latest. 

Important:

• If you sign up for a course, you cannot drop it just because you changed your mind. If you do, you will receive a fail, which will appear in your transcript of records.
• If a course does not show up in your registration account, you are not allowed to attend. It is your responsibility to check that your registration is correct.

Please remember:

• Failure to complete optional courses or Practical Training placements will result in a conditional enrolment into the next semester.
• If this happens with three courses, you will have to repeat the academic year.
